Cancellation / Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, we have a firm cancellation and return policy. Once your order has been processed it cannot be canceled. For items that are personalized, we will not issue a refund or accept returns. All sales of personalized items are final unless an item is found to be defective or if an error was made on our part or the manufacturer during order processing. Any defective items or errors made by Polka Dot Parlor or our manufacturers will be replaced, via the original shipping method, free of charge. Errors must be reported to support@polkadotparlor.com within three business days of item delivery. A photo of the defective item or error must accompany all replacement requests. Polka Dot Parlor is not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer when placing the order. We do our best to check the information provided with each order and will contact you if we should find any discrepancies or have any questions about your order before submitting it for processing. Once your order has been processed and submitted to the manufacturer, the personalization options cannot be changed.
